If so, becoming a part of Rud Pedersen Talent as an intern in Stockholm could be the right fit for you.

About Rud Pedersen
Rud Pedersen Public Affairs is a leading European public affairs consultancy, operating in around 20 countries with approximately 700 colleagues across Europe. In Sweden, we have offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg. The internship programme is based in Stockholm.

The internship programme
Twice a year (spring and autumn), we welcome two interns who are looking to develop their skills and gain valuable experience in public affairs. As an intern, you will join an engaged team with deep expertise in political processes, the business environment, and strategic advocacy work.

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work closely with our consultants and contribute to client assignments across multiple sectors

  • Support the monitoring of political developments, analysis, and preparing decision-making material

  • Learn how to analyse political processes and help develop and implement advocacy strategies

  • Build a professional network across politics, public administration, and business and industry.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is curious, engaged in societal issues, and analytical. You are currently studying, for example, political science, law, communications, or economics or have another relevant background. Interest in, or experience from, political work or one of our practice areas is merited (healthcare, infrastructure, defence, tech and finance, or energy, food, and sustainability).

Duration and terms
The internship runs for one academic semester and corresponds to full-time studies (30 ECTS). Upon successful completion, interns are awarded a scholarship to encourage continued engagement and deeper knowledge in public policy and societal issues.
